We have developed a product with unique features for corrosion protection; a technologically advanced "3 in 1" self-stratifying smart coating, which can be used as a primer, intermediate or finish. Protecting the environment – as it’s solvent free – reflecting GrünChem’s ecological vision, with excellent performance in terms of: adhesion, chemical resistance, resistance to salt spray and ultraviolet radiation, requiring the application of a single coat, even under extreme conditions (100% relative humidity), also allowing application under the water line (river or sea water).

With either roller or brush, firmly sticks to the surfaces where it is applied; reacts with the surface iron oxide layer, turning it into a strong, durable and robust protective film.
Due to its excellent adhesion to wet surfaces characteristics, it is widely used in Shipbuilding (Ballast, potable water, crude oil, fuel, decks), Off-Shore Platforms and Bridges, following hydraulic decapping.
Excellent Solvent-free (both base & hardener), Smart, Self-Stratifying, Anticorrosive, Coating, applicable as Primer, Intermediate and/or 2-component Finishing, especially suitable for application to oxidised (dry or wet) surfaces based on modified epoxy resins / amine, special anti-corrosion pigments, specific fillers and additives chosen for their ecological characteristics, high quality and durability.
Mainly used in the Metalworking Industry and Civil Construction projects for the protection of tanks, metallic structures, stadiums, buildings, railings, gates, wind turbine propeller blades, thermal power plants, among others, where the anticorrosive and anti-incrustation characteristics of the product contribute to a significant increase in the service life of the equipment or infrastructure where it is applied.
